Mandibular Anterior Lingual

There are four different techniques to work on the mandibular anterior lingual from the 12 o'clock position. Adjust the patient's head to the lower mandibular position and ask the patient to press the chin towards the chest.

1. Indirect vision: place the ErgoFinger® on the third finger and grab the mirror between the thumb and index finger. Place the mirror above ErgoFinger®, and adjust the ErgoFinger® nozzle to an optimal angle.

2. Indirect vision: place the ErgoFinger® behind the mirror, and adjust the nozzle towards the mirror so that it doesn't suction the base of the mouth base.

3. Direct vision: place the ErgoFinger® behind the anterior teeth and work with direct vision. The tube hangs under the hand.

4. Direct vision: Use a pen grip and place the ErgoFinger® behind the anterior teeth.

Tip:
Rubbing a small amount of prophy paste into the mirror will keep it clean and enhance visibility!
