Work using pen grip and direct vision from the 12 o'clock position.
ErgoFinger® can be used to retract the upper lip with the assistance of the third finger and resting the fourth finger as a fulcrum on the incised edge. Notice that the back edge of the ErgoFinger® tip can gently rest on the lip as it retracts, keeping the suction head angled towards the teeth.
