Maxillary Anterior Lingual
There are two different techniques to work using indirect vision on the maxillary anterior lingual from the 12 o'clock position:
1. First, place the ErgoFinger® on the middle finger, then insert the ErgoFinger® into the maxillary left lingual side, then, add the mirror to the same hand.
2. Alternatively, place ErgoFinger® on the index finger and then grab the mirror with the same hand. The mirror remains under the nozzle. When using the mirror in this way, use a saliva ejector to avoid water pooling in the back of the mouth if necessary.
Tip:
Rubbing a small amount of prophy paste into the mirror will keep it clean and enhance visibility!
